Introducing the MicroPOISE™ Mk2 Sentry

Description

A flexible desktop security hologram foiling machine for point of issue and medium volume applications. Packaged with security in mind our Sentry coded access control systems offers two levels of uses control to protect the machine against misuse while controlling production. All customised processing materials such as dies and foils are maintained within the secure casing of the machine and can only be accessed by using the Sentry coded machines control system. Further security protecting against unauthorised use is the automatic shut down which is activated after 10 minutes of the machine sitting idle. The machines boasts a powerful 1000kg impression system whilst able to cope with variable thickness documents from paper to passport cover without adjustment.

Applications

MicroPoise easily and quickly protects documents of value by applying your desired security feature. Registered holograms - SECURIGRAFIX® - PHOTOGRAFIX® micro-embossing features protect against photocopying or reproduction
DATAFOIL® transparent features can be applied over text and photographs offering protection against alteration leaving evidence of tampering. All these features help to identify and authenticate your documents.

Hand Feeding Systems

Simple to use MicroPOISE™ comes with a comprehensive document table and adjustable guides to allow easy positioning of your secure documents for accurate hologram application. Suitable for hand fed applications up to 750 per hour.
For feeding more complex smaller items such as tickets and cards a document templates can be used to ensure correct positioning and reliable easy production.

Three fully automatic feeding devices are available for production of Plastic cards A4 paper sheets, continuous sprocket fed pack to pack paper in volume at speed.

MicroPOISE MK1B Launched with digital PCB and a basic PC interface

The digital MicroPOISE MK2 was launched with a fully functional PC interface

MicroPOISE Vacuum feeder PRO was launched

Development of the MicroPOISE MK3 begins.
